I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this clinic. I booked a patch test for laser hair removal and arrived for my 10:00am appointment, only to find the clinic completely closed. I waited until 10:45am before finally getting through to someone, who first claimed my appointment was at 10:30am and then admitted that the specialist wasn’t coming and the clinic was closed for the day. I gave them another chance and rebooked. Once again, I arrived at 10:00am and once again, the clinic was closed. Nobody answered the phone, and I had travelled all the way there for nothing. This level of disorganisation is unacceptable. If the clinic is going to be closed, why are appointments being booked in the first place? Wasting customers’ time like this is incredibly unprofessional. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Zenaat provided an excellent service. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, warm and attentive. She made me feel completely at ease throughout and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her friendly manner and care made the whole experience very positive. I’ve just completed my sixth session and I’m really pleased with the results so far. I’ll definitely be returning to Zenaat for top-ups and to treat other areas. I would happily recommend her.

Mona was amazing this morning, i had a Hollywood wax and half leg wax followed by a hydrafacial. She made me feel extremely comfortable, talked me through the process. Will definitely be back.

I've been to Simply Clinics 27 Goldhawk Road location twice now. I was seen by Zeenat the first and Mona the second and both times were a really enjoyable experience. Both ladies made me feel very comfortable during my treatment, I particularly enjoyed talking all things Obagi with Mona - I really recommend this clinic and I'll definitely continue going there!
