I’ve been doing laser hair removal at the Southgate clinic, and the main reason I keep going back is Donna — she is absolutely the best! Everyone at the clinic is so kind, polite, and welcoming, and the clinic itself is beautiful and modern. But Donna truly stands out. She provides the best treatments, is always caring and professional, and has so much knowledge and experience. She always makes me feel comfortable and looked after. Carmen was my laser therapist and she was absolutely amazing because I had the longer sessions she made the whole time so enjoyable- she is incredibly funny and easy to talk to which makes the whole process a lot easier. 10/10 recommend - ask for her specifically if you an amazing experience!!!! :)

This was my first time there. Did my underarms, upperlip and eyebrow waxing. The only thing I regret is not asking the name of the wonderful lady who did my waxing. She was brilliant and kind. The place is hygenic and follows the FR3 standard of cleanliness. I recommend.
