This was my first visit to Sister Beauty Nail & Beauty Centre, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Having recently moved to the area, I was a little nervous about finding a new beauty salon, but Jessica made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I had a Hollywood wax and eyebrow treatment, and Jessica was incredibly patient, professional, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted and regularly checked that I was comfortable. Her gentle approach made the waxing process far less painful than I expected. What impressed me most was her kindness and genuine care. She never rushed the appointment and paid close attention to every detail, making sure everything was done perfectly. Her friendly conversation and warm personality helped me relax and enjoy the experience. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and extremely happy with the results. Jessica's skill, patience, and dedication to her clients truly stand out. I’m so glad I found this salon and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone looking for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.

second time now coming here for waxing and it was great. went last year before my holiday and was serviced by a lovely chinese lady, today i was serviced by reshma and she was so sweet during the whole process even when i was wincing as i am rather tender skinned. despite the issue of my hair being incredibly thick from years of shaving + genetics, reshma made sure i was left silky smooth apart from a few short hairs that were literally impossible to grab with the wax. overall very satisfied with my service ❤️

I had such an amazing experience here! The lady was very nice and professional. She paid attention to every detail to make sure my nails were perfect! My nails turned out exactly how I wanted, and even better. The quality of the nails was 10/10. Staff are nice and polite. The sallon is freezing cold, staff were wearing winter clothes, which shows that the place is never heated ptoperly in the winter. the place is dity, 1 hour session is 45 mins, no aroma with massage.
