I have done a number of courses with this academy including the Vtct Level 3 Certificate in Access to Aesthetics Therapies; and I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. Norma is phenomenal and I just knew that I was being trained by the best. Zephina should be proud of the professionalism of her academy. I have felt ongoing support from both Zephina and Norma. Zeph is always on hand with business advice and with sourcing products etc. I look forward to completing my dermaplaning and Microneedling over the next few months.

I did the nails course there. I felt left. It wasn't explained to me properly. the lady who was training me was busy talking or on the phone. Waste of money.

Came here for a massage and facial with a deal I bought off Wowcher. Donna was absolutely amazing. I had the best experience with great customer service. She is truly magical at what she does. I came back to give her a little tip but unfortunately she had gone home. I will definitely be back though! Will be recommending to friends and family. Don’t ever let her go! Felt like I was there the whole day, application of nails was rubbish and as soon as I got home they came right off. Waste of money.
