Honestly such a great experience! Sumera was amazing! I came in last minute for a late evening appointment after getting my lashes done at another salon and they looked absolutely awful. She took such good care of me, fully removed the old set and completely turned my night around. I’m obsessed with my hybrid lashes and have already booked my infill with her. I’ve tried quite a few salons across London and none compare. Highly recommend!

I had a deep facial cleansing at this clinic and the experience was excellent. Julia, the therapist, was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the treatment. She explained each step clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My skin felt incredibly clean, refreshed, and noticeably brighter afterward. I truly appreciated her gentle approach and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this clinic and especially Julia for anyone looking for high-quality facial treatments . I also want to mention Stefanie at the reception, she is amazing, extremely patient, and very welcoming. From booking to check-out, she made everything smooth and pleasant. The whole team creates a lovely atmosphere, and I would highly recommend this clinic.

I'd like to thank Sumera and her wonderful team for looking after me, my mum and my aunty so graciously and so warmly for our afternoon of pre-Christmas pampering. From the beginning and booking the treatments to sitting in the lounge area with bubbles and biscuits we were treated so well by everyone we encountered. The treatments themselves were fantastic as well, the spaces and facilities within the Clinic are clean and well-kept. I had the Japanese Head Spa and a Lymphatic Drainage Massage and both treatments were relaxing, thoroughly enjoyable and exactly as described by Sumera when booking, the therapists that treated us were all fantastic and super friendly. My mum and aunty has pedicures and this wasn't just your average regular pedicure! It was so thorough, detailed and relaxing. All-in-all a fantastic time, a wonderful clinic and we will most certainly be returning in the new year! Can't wait - highly recommend to all - prices are very competitive and reasonable for the treatments and service received for a central London location tucked away just behind Bond Street - very easy to find!

Incredible massage with Shayma. Came out feeling like a different person. Every part of my body felt invigorated and pampered, and the staff were just incredibly friendly and personable. The atmosphere was overall lovely, with the massage room having lovely scents throughout and relaxing music in the background. Afterwards treated to tea, biscuits, and reclining in front of the TV. Will definitely be back!

This was my first time attending the clinic and it left an ever lasting impression. From the second we walked in and being greeting with such welcomeness, it instantly made me feel comfortable. The massage with Raj was incredible, the best massage I’ve ever had and the pedicure with H (forgot her name) left my feet feeling smooth and hydrated! That’s Sumera & the team for such an amazing experience as a whole! I look forward to celebrating all future occasions with you.
