Disappointing experience. I clearly mentioned on the booking form that I was using Tretinoin, yet the appointment was still confirmed and I was charged. When I attended, Haleema said the treatment could not be done because of the tretinoin use. This should have been identified before taking payment and booking the appointment. Felt like a waste of time and money

I had the best experience here, and a huge part of that was Natania. From the second I walked in, she was so incredibly welcoming and kind. I cannot recommend Skin and Aesthetics highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism and care was immediately apparent. Haleema has an incredible eye for detail and takes the time to genuinely understand your concerns before recommending any treatment. She puts you at ease straight away. Her knowledge is outstanding and she explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with confidence, and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout. You can tell she is truly passionate about what she does and takes real pride in delivering the best possible outcomes for her clients. Haleema clearly has a natural talent for this, backed up by serious skill and expertise. I felt completely safe and at ease the whole time, which means everything when it comes to aesthetics treatments.

Very unprofessional experience from both the staff and Haleema herself. I paid a £30 deposit, which was supposed to cover a consultation where Haleema would assess my skin and recommend a suitable treatment. Instead, they went ahead and booked me for a HydraFacial without my consent and pressured me to proceed with it. Haleema never actually examined my skin — we only discussed HydraFacial and microneedling. When I mentioned that microneedling seemed more suitable for me, she said I’d have to come back another day because she had another client, otherwise I should just take the HydraFacial. When I requested a refund of my deposit, she refused, saying the consultation was “non-refundable,” even though no proper consultation took place. The doors were locked and nobody was at the place, monday and sunday off days on outside notice. I called so many times but no body answered. A lady came out after 10 mints and asked my name then take me inn. Haleema came after 10 mints and then we started the conversation.
