I underwent laser treatment to remove a few broken blood vessels on my nose, it was a very small area. Unfortunately, the procedure resulted in two indentations in my skin and significant scarring caused by a large blister, which I believe was the result of the laser settings used during the treatment. The salon initially offered a treatment to help improve the texture of the damaged skin. However, after completing a small session, I was informed that I would need to pay for any further corrective treatments. Given that the damage was caused by the original procedure, I do not feel this is a fair resolution. After politely expressing my disappointment and concerns, I never received any further response from the salon.

Please don’t waste your money. I am utterly disappointed in this clinic service I put complaint through. No resolution so far. I was told the singnaturr facoa is 1 hour and half and adding Microneedling adding an extra 30 minutes treatment lasted 45 minutes. I was shivering cold in the room was extremely cold.. The facial & Microneedling was so basic I could have done this at home myself. She put a pressure out my eyes resulted in infection & redness. Water went to my ears now I have infection. The massage was awful cold hand with oil put all over my hair. If you charge £250 for your signature facial and Microneedling you need to offer a better services. Still waiting for the response to my complaint and take this further.

Yen totally got my skin right away. She listened, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and didn't try anything harsh. After the facial, my skin felt so much better—calmer, tighter, and more hydrated. No more dry tightness or stinging. If you have sensitive or fussy skin, go see her. She knows what she's doing!

Had a consultation with treatment a few weeks ago for injectables. I usually get my fillers and botox done in Harley street but I decided to try somewhere closer to home and I am glad I did. Anabela and her staff are very polite and accommodating from the moment you walk through the door. It is obvious and clear to see that Anabela has extensive knowledge and skill. In the end I didn't end up getting all the usual filler and Botox I usually get but still managed to look rejuvenated and natural. Harley street practitioners are just there to sell, Skin Sources are there for the results. Will be returning for my follow up soon!
