My wife had a horrible experience here. Tried emailing three times with no response. No answer on the telephone. I don't live in the area so can't go to the shop. Here is her feedback. I would highly suggest not going here if I was you. See below my wife's feedback. "I’ve had many massages before, but unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve had. No offence to the therapist as she was nice, but I’m not sure this was her best work. My husband booked me a 50-minute Swedish and Thai deep massage, but it did not feel like a proper full-body massage. Only half of my arms and legs were done, while my feet and hands were not included at all, which are usually important parts of this type of massage. There was also no stretching included. The room was cold, the music was too loud, and my back was left uncovered after being massaged, so I felt uncomfortable and cold throughout. The therapist also kept focusing on the same areas, so overall it was not relaxing. At the end, I asked Vanita why my hands and feet were not included in the 50-minute appointment, and she said that’s just how they do it and that there is a separate charge for those areas. She also suggested I should have booked the full-body aromatherapy massage instead. As someone who regularly gets massages, this is the first time I’ve wanted a massage to end early because I did not feel relaxed at all. It’s a shame as this was my first visit, but I was very disappointed with the service provided"

I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. I paid £55 and spent 2 hours for poorly executed nails that were uneven, bulky, and not professionally finished. After removing the gel, I discovered my natural nails were left green and mouldy, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns.

Riddhi did my eyebrows this today and it was the best and most perfect welcoming and would highly recommend. Gujarati native staff members at the salon. Felt like being back home as I’m Gujarati too.

I should have trusted my gut from the start and not come here. This salon felt quite tricky, so I strongly recommend confirming the exact price before any service begins. At the pop-up store, I was told that a classic manicure and pedicure costs £55 with normal polish, and that gel polish is only £5 extra. I specifically asked for gel polish only on my feet, as I don’t wear FitFlops, so I expected the total to be £60. However, after the service was completed, I was charged £75. Gel polish had been applied to both my hands and feet, even though I did not request gel on my hands. Based on the explanation I was given, the total should have been £65 (£55 + £5 + £5), but I was told, “the price doesn’t work like that,” which I found confusing and frustrating. Secondly, I felt extremely uncomfortable with the behaviour of some staff members. They were quite rude toward me and toward one of their colleagues. They repeatedly instructed her in a dismissive manner and did not appear to respect her work. Everyone spoke in the same language except for her, which made the situation very awkward. Even though I was only there for about an hour, it was uncomfortable enough that I kept checking the time. When we were arguing about the price at the end, they blamed her first instead of the staff at the pop-up store who had informed me of the price and spoke in the same language with them. I genuinely hope she is doing well and wish her the best of luck working in that environment. Regarding the service quality: the manicure was disappointing. I was told gel polish was used, but there was no glossy or gel-like finish. I definitely can do better by myself . On the positive side, the pedicure was done well.

Ana did a fabulous job of my eyebrows and feet. I turned up without a booking and she fitted me immediately. Excellent customer service, so lovely and friendly too. Highly recommend Ana!
