I can't recommend this place enough. Penelope is very knowledgeable, reassuring and patient with people like myself who have 150 questions, and she has a hand of gold when it comes to treatments. Something I really enjoyed and that gave me peace of mind is that she clearly prioritises client well-being and long-term results rather than making a quick bit of money. The place is squeaky clean too. I'll be back :)
