Nowadays there are so many options available, and sometimes that can be dangerous. There are many professionals offering attractive prices and promises, but not always with safety, honesty, and responsibility. I contacted Tati about two weeks ago because I wanted to get highlights done on my hair. I had already spoken with other professionals and received different quotes, but I still felt unsure. After going through a health treatment, my hair became very dry and fragile, so I needed someone who would truly care about the health of my hair. The When I arrived at the salon, Rafaela welcomed me, sat me down, and said, “Let’s talk about your hair.” She carefully examined my hair and explained that before doing anything, she would first perform a strand test to see if my hair would be able to handle the highlights. After the test, she was completely honest with me and explained that my hair would not be able to handle the process at that moment because it was too weak and damaged. And she chose not to do the highlights. I’m writing this because nowadays many people only think about money. Very few professionals are willing to say “no” to a client when they know something could damage their hair. Rafaela was extremely ethical, careful, and professional. She explained every step to me and told me that I first needed to focus on treatment and strengthening my hair before doing highlights. Tati and the whole team clearly have a lot of knowledge and genuinely care about each client. Tati is warm, professional, caring, and cautious. You do not feel like “just another customer.” Every client is treated in a unique and personal way, and that truly makes all the difference. I really loved my experience, and I will definitely continue coming back to the salon. In fact, in two weeks I’ll be returning to continue my treatment and hopefully be able to safely achieve the highlights I’ve been wanting.
