The worst hairdressing experience I've ever had. The hairdresser made appaling racist remarks about people of colour in the area. On top of that, the haircut is poor. I only wanted a 3 inch trim off of long hair, but it's uneven and choppy. I was so uncomfortable that I just said it was fine so I could leave. I was the only customer and I can see why.

The very helpful Stylist corrected my booking from mid length to short. I was very pleased with my hair style. She helpfully suggested I bring a photo of the style I'd like in future. Very helpful, no shortcuts taken, very attentive to what I wanted, took her time, checking with me to ensure I was happy as she went along. Definitely recommend Style Studio and I've been styled by both Stylists so they're definitely top notch. Their pricing is very reasonable, especially compared to Merton Park, where a snooty receptionist quoted £72 for shampoo, trim and blow dry. I would pay up to £40 for that but I don't need to as at Style Studio I ask for and receive a dry cut as I don't like anyone massaging my head or neck, I found other hair salons do this intrusive touching without my permission after the shampoo. Definitely recommend Style Studio on both the cut and the price and the lovely stylists.

I went in asking for a simple trim and left having lost around 8cm of hair. A trim and a chop are not the same thing, and it's incredibly disappointing when a hairdresser ignores what the client has requested. What made the experience even worse was the attitude. The hairdresser was unfriendly from the start, dismissive when I expressed concern about the amount being cut off, and came across as rude throughout the appointment. Instead of listening to what I wanted, they seemed determined to do whatever they thought was best. Hair takes months to grow back, and losing that much length without consent is extremely upsetting. Good customer service starts with listening to clients, and unfortunately that did not happen here. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and regretting my decision to book. I would not return or recommend this salon based on my experience.

Had such a great haircut experience! So friendly, and really took great care to make my hair look beautiful. She also gave such helpful advice about managing my curly/wavy hair. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

I had my hair done by Elena at Style Studio, and she was absolutely amazing! Even though it was past the salon’s closing time, she didn’t rush at all — she took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and care really showed in the final result. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out — thank you, Elena, for doing such a fantastic job! Highly recommend her and Style Studio! 💇♀️✨
