I had a haircut with Paddy, and I’m extremely happy with the experience. She is skilled and experienced.. handled my hair very gently and took proper, precise sections throughout the process. Toward the end, she used a different pair of scissors that gave my hair beautiful, well-defined layers. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a professional and thoughtful stylist!

I had a very disappointing experience at Susan Beauty Salon. I was only 2 minutes late for my appointment after a long, tiring day at work, and they refused to take me, without any flexibility or understanding. I had to go home and rebook, which was incredibly frustrating. On top of that, I found the staff to be not very polite and welcoming, which made the experience even worse. Also, there was a dog wandering around the salon—while I love animals, I don’t think it’s very hygienic to have a dog in a beauty setting. Overall, I expected better professionalism and customer service. Definitely rethinking whether I’ll return.
