I booked a facial through Treatwell for today at Uxbridge. I received an email confirmation. This was my first time using this company and not a good experience. The clinic is located in a building with other companies and is just one room but when arrived I found it all shut. I phoned the mobile number on the door but just went to a GifGaf VM and no one has returned my call. I don’t get a good feeling about this company will not be returning!

Highly professional, highly skilled and incredibly knowledgeable! Not only did I receive an expertly administered treatment, I also received advice on others and recommendations on products (that the practitioner didn’t sell, so absolutely no self interest) that was incredibly helpful. I felt incredibly well informed and cared for, I’m autistic and I really appreciate straightforwardness and honesty. Aftercare and afterthought were also very thorough. I saw a friend a couple of days later, I was absolutely shattered, she said I looked amazing and remarked on how fresh I looked and asked me for the details, so she could book in too. Very highly recommend!
