Charlotte 2 hours late for my lash appointment. While doing my lashes, she was extremely rough — several times it felt like she was pulling my natural lashes out. Despite arriving late, she spoke in a very rude and aggressive manner, and her behaviour throughout was unprofessional. She also spent a long time chatting with another woman after arriving instead of getting started, which meant I was left waiting even longer. I am very disappointed with the whole experience. Even after all the delays and poor service, she still charged me the full amount. At one point she even stopped in the middle of the appointment because she got water on herself. Overall, the treatment was very rough and uncomfortable. I would not recommend her services.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but unfortunately, I was really disappointed with my lash lift. The tint was good, and the perm looked good—not the best I have had, but acceptable. However, the lashes dropped significantly overnight. I asked advice from the girl who did it and I was not offered a re-perm or even just a partial refund just to book in again in a few weeks time!

Eve was really friendly and professional, I didn't feel uncomfortable once. The results of my lift and tint were subtle but still really pretty, and she told me how to get the best results if I wanted them redone in the future. The studio was clean and pretty. Would definitely go again if I was staying in Lvp.

Best decision I ever made was going to this salon! The girls are all so welcoming it is like one big family💖 I got my nails, hair and makeup done for my graduation here, I just wish I found this salon sooner before moving away from Liverpool! Eve is a true artist when it comes to painting faces🎨 I’m glad I put my trust in her to do what she thought was best as I totally loved my makeup🥰 Liv is thee best nail tech in Liverpool💅 She put so much attention and detail into my nails and toes spending 3 hours on them! I truly did feel like a princess that day if you haven’t been to tap you need to put it on your to do list!🏄🏼♀️
