I asked Tasha to sort out my brassy looking hair, and she completely transformed it with beautiful highlights – all without me having to give specific instructions. She clearly knows her craft inside out and has a great eye for what suits each person. The colour looks natural, vibrant and exactly what I needed (even better than described!). The whole experience was lovely too – she's friendly and really takes the time to understand what will work best for your hair. I couldn't be happier with the result and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Absolute nightmare for my first visit. This technician ruined my eyebrows and, even worse, caused significant damage to my skin with what appears to be unsafe, low-quality wax. As a healthcare professional, I know exactly what unsafe practice looks like, yet she had the nerve to blame me for the injury and still charged me full price. Completely unprofessional and a total lack of accountability. I will never return and strongly advise others to stay away for their own safety. Ridiculous and shameful. I am taking the following steps immediately: • Formal Complaint: Reporting this injury and the unsafe products used to the Local Council Environmental Health department. • Trading Standards: I am Contacting Citizens Advice to report a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. •You should transfer the full amount for a service that resulted in physical harm. • Medical Documentation:I am Keeping a professional record of the skin damage for evidence in my reports. If it has not healed properly, I will take this matter forward.

This was my first time at this salon . I booked a hydra facial with Gagandeep . She was a professional and has been doing this for 13years . It was a nice place . Staff were friendly . Tgat have received an award from TREATWELL . My hydra facial felt amazing and my skin felt like silk . It was so clean . I will be returning for a micro needling session next month . Natasha the owner welcomed me and made me feel at ease . There is a playroom for children too , which is really impressive .

Always a pleasure to visit Tasha. Yesterday I visited and had the most amazing Hydro Facial treatment. The therapist was so kind and veey good. I felt so relaxed and my skin felt the best it's done for a while. I also had my roots rebleached and Tasha is so professional. She took the time to get my hair just perfect and even took longer to make sure it was just how I wanted it. I always go to tasha for my treatments and would recommend her to everyone. The salon had a lovely atmosphere and the staff are amazing!
