I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible experience with this salon! From the start, communication was terrible I had to constantly chase them just to book an appointment. Even after confirming, they never provided the full address. Then, just a few hours before my scheduled facial, they suddenly canceled. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of clients’ time. I would not recommend booking with this salon just don’t go there!

Major thank you to Kate! Loved every second, I am one to know what’s happening at eatery stage so she went through it with me and it put me at ease.
