The staff are really nice, but to have effective electrolysis you shouldn't feel the hair being removed. I could feel the hair being plucked out after each one was 'treated' so it wasn't being treated properly. No attempt made to adjust current / hold current for slightly longer to treat hair. Waste of money. (This is very common across london. Few practitioners know how to do electrolysis properly. If you can feel the hair being removed, it hasn't been treated properly).

Excellent service! Katiuscia was gentle and confident in dealing with a mo that I needed taking off, as it was very close to my eye and a tricky place, but she managed really well. I would highly recommend this salon.
