I've now visited The Boutique Spa Beckenham twice, including for a pedicure treatment, and I can honestly say the service has been exceptional on both occasions. From the moment you walk through the door, you're made to feel genuinely welcome. The spa itself is immaculate, with a clean, elegant atmosphere and beautiful modern décor that creates a relaxing and luxurious environment. It's clear that a lot of care has gone into making the space feel both stylish and comfortable. The receptionist/front-of-house lady deserves a special mention. She's incredibly warm, friendly, and professional, always greeting you with a smile and offering you a drink while you wait. It's those little touches that really make a difference and set the tone for a great experience. The beauticians are equally fantastic. They're friendly, approachable, and engaging throughout the treatments, taking the time to chat if you'd like while ensuring you feel completely comfortable and at ease. I went for a back massage here today. The massage itself was good but the experience was below par. It didn’t feel special, the room was very tired looking. The first thing I noticed was a dirty stain on the towel and the white furniture in the room didn’t look clean. A 40 minute massage included the talking and getting ready time which I don’t think was great given it is quite expensive here. I didn’t walk away thinking I’d just treated myself to something lovely sadly. I’d try somewhere else next time.

Luxury Crystal Clear Microdermabrasion £95 1st visit here today, easy to park nearby, Nice modern salon, and lovely treatment room. Beautician explained the treatment, and I felt in experienced hands…. However just at the point of the massage part of the facial the relaxing vibe was completely ruined by a team of cleaners in the salon….hoovers going, doors and drawers banging and furniture scraping across a tiled floor… this continued for the remainder of treatment. Taking nothing away from the beautician as she was great, but didn’t leave feeling chilled and relaxed quite the opposite.

I had a hot stone body massage at the boutique spa on Tuesday afternoon and once again it completely exceeded my expectations.I ‘ve been here before ,but this visit was especially memorable because I came on with lower body pain and left feeling absolutely amazing. My therapist ,STELI, was nothing short of exceptional .Her level of professionalism, expertise and genuine care truly set her apart. She took the time to listen about my pain and comfort level and clearly she knows the body incredibly well. Every movement felt purposeful and perfectly applied and the way she combined the hot stones with her technique was pure magic. She maintained a calm, respectful and reassuring presence through the entire session making me feel completely relaxed and confident .I was in the best hands. The relief I felt afterwards was remarkable. My lower body tension was significantly reduced and I left lighter loser and deeply restored. The entire experience was worth every penny from the serene atmosphere to the outstanding treatment. Boutique Spa consistently delivers at the highest level. Worst service. I had a nano keratin treatment and hair colouring few weeks back. Charged exorbitantly. The hair looks messy after 3 days. The keratin treatment clearly didn’t work. But also during application it was so rushed I had doubts if all areas were covered. It’s so crappy half looks like it’s ok but major parts still a mess. The stylist was rushing to finish. Very quick hair trim that took less than 2 mins and I’m not proud of the colour
