Great experience from start to finish. Shantelle was lovely, professional, and gave me excellent advice about my hair. I'm very happy with the result and the care I received. After my appointment was moved to a bit later in the day via phone, I was a bit apprehensive. But the owner (?) apologised about the misunderstanding right as I sat in the chair. Mitch did my hair and she was amazing. She helped me understand my hair better, as I have fine hair that just doesn't seem to grow past a certain length. She recommended me a suitable shampoo, conditioner and serum that suits my needs and explained why. She made my hair look incredible and I felt very confident to shoot my acting self-tape after this. Thank you, Mitch! I will be back in 3 months 💅🏻❤️
