I was greeted very warmly at the reception, I then went on to have a wonderful massage and facial with Tnay. She was very sensitive to my back pain and worked accordingly. I left the salon feeling totally on air! Definitely recommend.

I booked to have my ears pierced as 7+ years of not wearing earrings meant my existing holes had begun to close. I was asked by both the receptionist and the technician if I had completed the client form, which I said yes to, meanwhile neither appeared to check the form or confirm any details with me. I was offered gold coloured or silver coloured studs, and after selecting the silver, I asked what the material was to be told sterling silver. Except silver is an alloy and shouldn't be used for piercings. I can only hope this information is wrong. The post care instructions were vague and I was handed some alcohol wipes to clean my piercings with. Meanwhile the packaging clearly states they are to be used before piercings and are for external use only. Except I have newly open wounds in my ears, meaning the wipes aren't suitable for broken skin. And the wipes have an expiry date of 24/07/2025. The end result looked good but the procedure wasn't professionally handled so I wouldn't recommend the Cove spa for ear piercings.

Fabulous service here today from Leah and the lovely young lady who did my manicure I apologise for not remembering your name but you were so engaging and loved talking about your Greek heritage and my favourite holiday place. Really happy with my manicure and is so nice to find a peaceful place to go in the future. Will be booking a massage and nails again very soon.

I’ve had 4 Elemis Biotec Pro Glow facials at The Cove Spa with Julie and I absolutely love them! Julie is amazing, the time is so relaxing and my skin looks so great after. I’ve really seen an improvement having the facials regularly and will continue to!
