Me and my wife are regular customers here, we always get a couple massage spending almost £200 when we go, we couldn't go because my wife had a stomach bug the morning of our appointment. I understand there is a 48 hour cancelation/reschedule process, but you cant control illness, they would NOT offer us a small refund or reschedule whatsoever even though we were regular customers, extremely poor customer service and we will not be going again.

Had an amazing experience with Emma during the Stress Fix massage. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders, which often leaves me uncomfortable, but after just one session she managed to release the knots completely. She also gave me helpful stretching advice to prevent them from building up again. Emma was incredibly professional, took the time to understand the areas I wanted to focus on, and tailored the treatment perfectly to my needs. I’d happily book in with her every week if I could.

I booked into a pregnancy massage with Emma - my third one this pregnancy and she continues to make me feel AMAZING. I had a truly excellent experience during my colon hydrotherapy session with Suzanne. The environment at The Greenwich Spa was calming, spotless, and very welcoming from the moment I arrived. Suzanne was kind, reassuring, and incredibly professional, taking the time to explain each step so I felt completely comfortable throughout the procedure. The session itself was gentle and much easier than I expected. I really appreciated how attentive Suzanne was and how she checked in regularly to make sure I was feeling okay. The session itself was incredibly soothing, the heat was gentle but effective, and I left feeling lighter, rejuvenated, and deeply relaxed. Margarita checked in at the perfect moments without interrupting the peaceful atmosphere, which I really appreciated.
