My first time to The Ivy and it was a wonderful and superb experience! Both Rita and Ariana were amazing at what they do (I had mani with Rita and pedi with Ariana). They put so much attention and care into their work to make sure I’m happy and comfortable. Will definitely be visiting again!

I had such a lovely experience with Lucy today! From the moment I sat down, she completely understood exactly what my hair needed and gave me so much confidence in her expertise. She took the time to listen, offered great advice, and delivered a result that exceeded my expectations. We had a lovely chat throughout the appointment, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable and relaxing.

I have been coming to this brilliant salon for many years. Rita is the best beautician I have ever met. She is very professional and super friendly and we always have great chats! For all my hair needs (cuts, colours and blow-drys) I always book with Lucy who is very, very excellent. Couldn’t recommend these ladies enough - I’d give them 6 stars if that was an option!

I’ve been coming to The Ivy Hair and Beauty salon for over 15 years, since moving to the neighbourhood, and I’ve consistently been delighted with the service for both nails and hair. For the past couple of years, Arianna has been doing my nails and she’s truly wonderful — always warm and friendly, while remaining incredibly professional. She’s also so patient with my requests and always makes sure everything is just right. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and the salon to anyone looking for a great experience.

I have went to get my hair retouched with a pink and red combo and it was botched!!! Not only did she not part my hair correctly, she left patches of red onto my pink! My roots are pink but some of my strands are red, she didn’t even dye my pink all the way I had to return to the place to get my pink redyed because she decided not to dye it from roots to ends and when she did she half ass her job and didn’t part the hair and just went for it! She didn’t even clean my forehead up from the dye either! When I asked her she handed me the wipe and said you clean it and I left that place with stained pink hands! Terrible job will never go back, for someone who says she teaches new hairdressers, good luck. It was a simple job–bleach my roots and redye the pink and redye the red, didn’t need no haircut. The blueprint was there all she needed to do is part the hair correctly and failed. My hairdresser was named Lucy.
