I booked a package of six laser treatments, this is my third session with Sharifa. She is friendly, professional and took time to explain the procedure to me. She was also careful with the temperature of the laser and would check to make sure I was comfortable. Thank you for your excellent service. I would definitely recommend The Laser Clinic Harrow.

I would like to thank Dr. Sharifa for her excellent service and support. I chose to continue my treatment at this clinic only after meeting her; otherwise, I was considering a refund due to my earlier experiences. Unfortunately, other staff members' work was not satisfactory. They appeared rushed, did not pay adequate attention, and seemed focused on finishing quickly rather than ensuring quality and patient comfort. This made the experience disappointing and unprofessional. I kindly recommend providing additional training to staff to encourage patience, attentiveness, and a higher standard of care. If everyone worked with the same professionalism and dedication as Dr. Sharifa, the overall quality of the clinic would improve significantly. Thank you

Exceptional service and very professional. Very thorough with the treatment and gave lots of tips and advice. Everyone always provides excellent care and very high quality and lots of options to book appointments including late evening appointments which work well if wanting to go after work. Equipment is high grade and up to date. Rabhika is always caring and the whole team always provide a kind caring atmosphere and make you feel welcome.
