I was severely burned during a patch test at Vale Aesthetics and needed medical treatment. They refused to refund and showed zero accountability. A clinic that won’t take responsibility for burning a client’s skin is not one I would trust. Avoid.

Absolutely experience with Anan. Was really patient as I was quite disorganised and had forgotten to shave an area. Provided me with a private space to quickly resolve this and made me feel comfortable and at ease whilst having the treatment. Good talker. It was painless and only felt it on my moustache area but hair was so fine...did not shave this area. All in all a great experience and booked the next sessions.

I went in for lash lift, wax and facial and my experience couldn’t have been any better! The salon is aesthetically pleasing, I was relaxed and felt like a new women after! Was offered herbal tea at the end of my treatments and was the perfect end to my pampering session. Would highly recommend, will be back soon! 🥰

I have experienced laser hair removal in many places. Most have been rushed, painful or caused me skin issues after. At Vale Aesthetics however I can honestly say it's been such a pleasurable experience. The staff are so friendly and attentive which is imperative for me if I'm going in for a service like this. And the bonus is that this is PAIN FREE and super effective! I'm so happy to have found VA and I look forward to sampling many other enticing treatments on offer. I would highly recommend!

It was my first time to use this amazing clinic and I'm really glad that I did. I've had a facial treatment and it was Anan who attended me. She was so accommodating and professional, she made everything comfortable for me and did wonders to my skin.
