Always had a fantastic experience at The Wax Bar, Jesmond. Had various treatments, including half leg wax, underarm wax, brow lamination, brow wax and tint etc, and always been very happy with the service and end finish. I’ve had Sophie for the majority of my treatments and she is lovely to chat to!

I love the Wax Bar. I have been coming here for years and get several treatments. The staff are always lovely and make me feel so comfortable. I get all my treatments done by Sophie and she is incredible. I would not consider going anywhere else!

I’ve been coming to the wax bar for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. There’s always a warm friendly welcome from Lilly and treatments from Sophie, Chloe and Clare are always to an exceptional standard - the ladies are extremely efficient and have an eye detail!! Always leave with a perfect set of nails and an immaculate wax.

Always have a great experience at the Wax Bar. I've been going for years. The team on reception are chatty and down to earth, making you feel relaxed. Lily is so friendly! All the waxers (Chloe, Sophie, Beth, Clare) are kind and top quality, so you feel comfortable even if your usual waxer is unavailable. They take good care to do a quality wax, even in busy periods!

I’ve been attending for the past 5–6 years and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! From the moment you walk in, you’re always welcomed by Lily and her beaming smile. She is consistently helpful, professional, caring, and incredibly organised when it comes to booking appointments. If any changes are ever needed, she’s so accommodating over the phone and always has the loveliest manner. She makes you feel completely at ease while waiting, always offering a drink and happy to have a friendly chat — you genuinely couldn’t feel more comfortable. My therapist, Sophie, is simply the best. I actually followed her from her previous place of work because I was so impressed with her. She is extremely thorough and does an impeccable job every time. Her technique is amazing- you barely feel a thing - and she always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. She is outstanding at what she does, and I wouldn’t choose anyone else for my treatment. I really couldn’t recommend Sophie and Lily highly enough. I always leave smiling, laughing and with the best treatment option possible! They are a true credit to the team and have had such a positive impact on my experience. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Absolute top-class service from top-class girls!
