Iuliana was amazing! I've always been very insecure about my wide jaw, but she took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my options, and tailor the Massetar Botox treatment specifically to me. Even though I have tattoos, I'm actually very nervous around other types of needles, but she made me feel completely calm and comfortable throughout the appointment. I really appreciated how honest and realistic she was about the expected results and how long they would last, rather than trying to sell me unrealistic expectations. I also have to mention how clean and professional her treatment room was. Iuliana is brilliant! I have been to her for several treatments and have recommended her to many of my friends. I have a real phobia of needles, so for me doing treatments like this is never easy. But Iuliana had incredible patience with me. She was so calm, gentle and professional that I actually managed to go through the treatments without having a panic moment, which for me is a big thing. For my lips, I asked for a very natural result and just a small correction to even them out, and that’s exactly what she did. Nothing overdone, just beautiful, natural and balanced. Truly professional work. About the skin booster… my husband noticed the change immediately. He said my skin looked more elastic, shiny and somehow “different” in a very good way.
