Just a bit dissappinted with the customer service interaction. I've not had my teeth whitened before, was not told what goes into this process just taken downstairs. No interaction On her phone, maybe it was work related but the whole time Not telling me anything about what was going on I've never done this before. Where was the 'hey, it's your first time, this is what happens'. Nothing... Guest experience is important these days, I work in the industry and if am spending money some courtesy or small talk about what is going on gies along way Thanks but will find another place in future.

I've been here multiple times now and WILL keep on coming back I've met all of the ladies here and they are each equally as lovely, Maya has done my lashes so many times and she is Amazing and so light handed and pulls off every set. Tyler has done my fillers and massater Botox she's so light handed and very educated she really makes you comfortable and takes time to assess what needs to be done I would 100% recommend 🩷🩷

CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015 I visited TK Beauty Bank for a nail appointment with the independent nail tech mk_nailedit, whom i found on instagram. Firstly, I want to make it clear that the salon itself appeared clean and professional when I attended. The environment was pleasant and the space looked well maintained. However, unfortunately my experience with the nail service itself was extremely disappointing. Within only a few days of getting my nails done, multiple nails completely popped off. I take good care of my nails and normally my sets last around four weeks, so this was very unusual. These weren’t small chips or minor lifting, the nails were literally coming off within days, meaning the set did not even last a week. I contacted the nail tech as soon as the issue happened to try to resolve the situation. At the time I was travelling and in a different country, so I could not immediately return to the salon. I explained this and provided details about what had happened. When I eventually tried to arrange a solution, I was only offered one very limited time slot that did not work with my schedule, and when I asked about alternative options such as a refund or another way to fix the issue, this was refused. As a customer, it’s frustrating to pay for a professional service that should last several weeks, only for it to fail within days and then not be properly resolved. I was essentially left with nails that had fallen off and no reasonable solution, even after the nail tech had stated it was an issue with her product. Again, the salon itself seemed like a nice environment, but my review specifically relates to my experience with the nail technician mk_nailedit who operates from there. Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend the service I received.

I get my lashes done with Maya who is literally the best. My lashes always look so good and honestly last so long. (I usually only book an infill after 3 weeks). I’ve also had my Botox and Filler done with Tyler and although I have received similar services else where I can honestly say I will be staying here. Tyler is so lovely and professional she explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I love being able to get everything done in one place. The overall vibe of the place is so lovely too everyone’s always so welcoming and chatty. I always look forward to my appointments!

My experience with Maya was amazing. She’s incredibly skilled and pays attention to detail, making sure my lashes look perfect and natural. The environment is clean, relaxing, and she always makes me feel comfortable. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful, long-lasting lashes!
