Sofia was absolutely wonderful, I honestly can’t recommend her enough - I booked directly with her for microneedling as my friend had recently been to her and said how fantastic she was - I was nervous not having dipped my toes in to the beauty world as much as I thought I should have by now and didn’t know what to expect or how I’d react to the procedure but her kindness and generosity with time to make me feel comfortable and our really insightful chats as well as a painless experience and incredible results - I will continue to keep all my treatments up with her including my b12 injections too ! I had the most unforgettable experience at TOA clinic, I went for profile harmonisation and my face is so much more balanced. Sofia uses very high quality products and knows her stuff and unlike other clinics I have been to in the past she only advised on what is needed. The clinic is beautiful and one of a kind. I am very nervous around needles and she made the experience so nice and calming I would never go anywhere else but to her… back again next few weeks for my Botox, Highly Highly recommend.

I have been going to Sofia for many years now, having seen multiple doctors for cosmetic procedures over the years, including various doctors on Harley Street – Sofia is by far the best person I have seen and I have only visited her since meeting with her. I've never had to wait for an appointment as she's always on time rather than some clinics which run so far behind you're waiting over an hour to be seen. Not only that, but Sofia will spend so much time listening to what you want, looking at photos, and talking you through everything so you're completely comfortable. Often I have gone to Sofia and she has given me honest feedback about whether I actually need to have something done or if it's best to leave it, ensuring that you're going to achieve a natural look. Lots of places wouldn't do this and would just take your money. 100% recommend this clinic.

Before I went to get treatment at the TOA clinic, I researched the procedure to the nth degree. Spoke to many people, lots of clinics, but finally decided to go with Sofia. As many have said before me, the words spoken are true. Sofia will not do a treatment if she doesn’t feel it is right. I was worried, but felt relaxed from the moment I got there. There was no pressure, I made my decisions. Decisions I made were good, Sofia is very good at what she does. Am very happy with the treatment I had. The treatment, the clinic is honest.
