I would like to share an incident that took place recently with one of the products I ordered from this website. Unfortunately, the post man delivered it to the incorrect place and I was not made aware that it was sent out for delivery. I contacted James who reassured me that he would get this sorted as I was worried since it was an expensive serum that I had ordered. James went above and beyond to make sure that I recieved my product within the next two days. He was extremely helpful and understanding. It is the first time I've ordered from this website and I will be using this site from now on to order my skin care products. I had no issues contacting James he responded to my queries within the same day. Excellent customer service. James is efficient, kind and ensures that his customers are taken care of. The prompt service is just impressive; James is completely professional, prompt in communication and always aims to provide a swift and accommodating service.
