I recently had a microneedling facial at Trio Salon and Academy, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’m a returning customer and have been attending the beauty salon for almost three months now, initially for electrolysis, and every visit has been excellent. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and professional. Farah is incredibly friendly and always makes me feel completely at ease. She took her time to explain the microneedling process in detail and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the treatment. The treatment itself was carried out with great care and precision, and I really appreciated how attentive and knowledgeable Farah is. I had come there earlier as well for threading, but there was a different lady then. She told me that my left eyebrow had already been ruined by someone at another parlor and that I should let it grow out a bit and come back, so I did let it grow thicker and then went again. But yesterday when I went there was a different lady. I thought she would also do it nicely so I didn’t say anything. At the beginning I had told her to keep it thick, but she ended up messing up my left eyebrow. I did tell her a little that it had become even worse than before, but she kept denying it. That’s why I didn’t feel like arguing with her while I was at the parlor, but I am not happy with what happened. I would have uploaded the photo if i could
