My favourite nail salon by far. It’s always immaculate, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are genuinely some of the kindest people you’ll meet. They’re so patient, creative, and happy to bring any design to life. And the sweetest part — Phoebe actually gave me a hand‑drew a portrait of my dog on my nails for her birthday! It’s that level of care that makes this place special. I always leave with perfect nails and a full heart.

Absolutely exceptional experience every time! I’ve been getting my laser hair removal treatments here and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. The salon is clean, professional, and really welcoming — especially for men, which is something you don’t find everywhere. A special shoutout to Fibi, the manager, who is genuinely the best in the business. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly set this place apart. She explains everything clearly, checks in on your comfort levels, and makes sure each session delivers real results. If you’re a man considering laser hair removal, I can’t recommend this salon enough. Ask for Fibi — you won’t regret it!

This is hands down the best nail salon in Ealing! Everyone who works here is super friendly- they pay attention to detail and don’t rush like some other salons. I love their massage chairs while doing pedicures. Plus they have WiFi, and phone stands if you want to watch some telly while getting your nails done. Would highly recommend going here, you won’t be disappointed!

Incredibly service! Super clean and tidy, very comfy seats and arms rests. The whole staff were very lovely and engaging. Apologies I didn’t get the lady’s name but she had a Rolling Stones t shirt on and did my design for me, she was amazing. I booked an appointment easily online and then needed to reschedule but their communication via email very prompt! I showed the lady my nail inspo (attached) and she achieved it EXACTLY how I wanted them. She took the time to re do and perfect the design, not finishing until she was happy with the quality. She watched the video and went ahead with it. So so glad I’ve found a place that will accommodate design requests and then complete them to such a high standard. Can’t wait to come back with another design! Price wise it was so worth it too, not extortionate and very well priced. I did also see a mum in there with her baby and the staff were very nice/accommodating so might be worth knowing for some parents who need to run errands with their baby!
