I had my first massage in quite a while today with Ramlal, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. She was professional, warm, and accommodating. I have ongoing back issues which can make lying in one position for any length of time uncomfortable, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well-supported and comfortable the treatment bed was throughout. It made a real difference. The facilities were spotless and had a really welcoming atmosphere. Overall a brilliant experience and I’ll definitely be booking again!

I had an absolutely amazing experience here, combining a facial with Ramlal and a dental hygienist appointment with Alan and Tim. Both of these appointments exceeded my expectations. The facial was simply the best I've ever had. Ramlal was gentle, thorough and professional, and my sensitive skin was fully accommodated throughout. I felt so at ease that I spontaneously booked a back cleanse on the same day, and was rewarded with a lovely discount for booking two appointments together. My dental appointment with Alan and Tim was equally impressive. Alongside the hygienist appointment, I received a complimentary dental checkup and a scan of my teeth. I have quite bad anxiety, but they reassured me at every step and kept me informed throughout the entire treatment. I have complex health issues, one of which causes painful mouth ulcers, and they were extremely careful not to cause me any discomfort. I came away very impressed with the results. What stood out most was the team's genuine honesty. They never pushed unnecessary treatments or tried to upsell me on things I didn't need, focusing entirely on what would actually benefit me, which I truly appreciated. The whole team were also wonderfully accommodating of my wheelchair. The ramp was ready without me having to ask, and staff were always on hand to help, both practically and with a warm, welcoming attitude. I think it's genius that this is both a dental clinic and a beauty spa under one roof. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend it to anyone.
