Very very poor, the hairdresser did not know what she was doing unfortunately. My fair was very frizzy and had one curl when I asked for a blow dry. Will not come back and will not recommend this to anyone.

I cannot recommend this salon enough. The hair and beauty services are absolutely exceptional—my hair always looks flawless, and I always leave feeling confident and beautiful thanks to their amazing work on my eyelashes and eyebrows. I’ve been coming to Vanity’s for a long time and have never had a single issue. That’s why I can say with complete confidence that the recent negative reviews are simply not true—they do not reflect the reality of this salon. Don’t believe the lies; this place is fantastic.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid for Brow Lamination I booked a brow lamination at this salon after reading some glowing reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was unwelcoming. I was told to sit down without so much as a proper greeting, as the staff were apparently busy picking out their Grand National horses. Not the kind of professionalism I expected. The treatment itself was concerning. I wasn’t asked about how I like my brows shaped or styled—something that should be a basic part of the process. The session dragged on for over an hour, despite brow laminations typically taking around 30 minutes. I’ve had this treatment done many times before, and this was by far the worst. The therapist left the lotions on for at least 15 minutes each, far longer than standard. The wax used ripped off skin under my brows, leaving me with scarring and soreness. I initially gave it 48 hours to settle, hoping things might improve—but they didn’t. My brows had not lifted at all, and now I’m left with peeling skin and a scar under one brow. It’s unclear if poor-quality products or improper removal caused this, but the results speak for themselves. What’s worse, I emailed the salon explaining everything in detail, with photos, and have been completely ignored. This level of disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. After digging a bit deeper, it appears many of the 5-star reviews were from when the salon had a different owner. Unfortunately, it’s evident the current team lacks both the skill and customer care to deliver safe, quality treatments. Do not book a brow lamination here. I’m honestly lucky to still have eyebrow hairs left

Had a lovely manicure, pedicure and sprat tan this afternoon. The girls are so lovely and welcoming and having never had a tan before I was put at ease and felt really comfortable by them all. Very happy with the results, will definitely go again.

I received a brow lamination and I came for a patch test 24 hours before and the girls were lovely and welcoming! When I came back a day later for my treatment I was greeted really nicely and taken to the room where I was made to feel very comfortable. The girl who did my brow lamination was super sweet and we were talking about anything&everything the whole time! The salon itself is beautiful - soo much pink and glitter 😍😍, and very clean everywhere! My whole experience was definitely a 10/10 and I’ll be coming back& recommending!!
