I had a very disappointing experience at Velvet Skin Laser Clinic and would not recommend it to anyone. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was forced to wait for almost two hours without any proper explanation or apology. My time was completely disregarded, and the clinic showed little respect for its customers. When I approached the receptionist to ask about the delay, she laughed and did not take my concerns seriously. Her attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. Instead of helping, the staff seemed uninterested in addressing customer concerns. The most serious issue was the laser treatment itself. During the procedure, my face was burned, and I have been left with a mark that I am concerned may be permanent. What is even more upsetting is that the staff appeared completely non-serious about the situation and showed little concern for the impact this has had on me. I expected professionalism, care, and accountability, but I received none of these. When I asked questions about the treatment and the results, I felt dismissed rather than properly informed. It seemed that once payment was taken, customer care was no longer a priority. A clinic that performs laser treatments should place safety, professionalism, and customer well-being above everything else. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. The long waiting time, poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and the mark left on my face have completely destroyed my trust in this clinic. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes significant improvements to both its customer service and treatment standards.

I booked a HIFU appointment at Velvet Skin Clinic in Uxridge—booked on a Sunday over what’s app for Tuesday. They changed my appointment time from 11:00 to 12:00, which I accepted. I arrived on time, paid £2.50 for parking and went inside, but nobody seemed to know who I was. I was told to wait and sat for about 15 minutes. A staff member offered me a coffee and said the practitioner was in a meeting. By 12:30 they finally took me to a room to cleanse my skin, then asked me to get off the bed and move to another room where they cleansed me again and told me to wait. After waiting about 45 minutes in total with no apology or communication, I left—my time is valuable. The clinic never contacted me to apologise. Very disappointed with the poor communication and service. I will not return.
