The merchant was incredibly rude on the phone when calling to book an appointment. She just said ' not today I have too many things to do another time ' with no options to call and book another time and she hung up on me. I asked her what product she used and she ignored this as well and said 'not today'. Do not book with this person she is incredibly rude and unprofessional and has a rude attitude to people who just paid her money

Hello, Today I had a Hydrafacial plus LED treatment, and I was not satisfied at all with the service I received. I regularly get this treatment done, but this was my first time at this place, and unfortunately it was very unprofessional. The person performing the treatment seemed stressed and kept dragging the device tips unevenly across my skin, stopping and lifting them repeatedly. My face was not properly cleansed at all; instead, they only applied oil and massaged my skin, which felt more like a basic classic facial—except without any cleansing. As a result of the improper use of the device, my skin was bruised, and both of my cheeks are now visibly bruised.
