I have been coming to Vida for a couple of years now and honestly I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. She is amazing my hair always feels amazing after being with her and does not damage or break. She has alot of knowledge and always reaching the goals I wasn't for my hair. Very accommodating and welcoming , couldn't reccomend more !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was in the area so I booked a haircut here although I don’t live in London. I was very pleased - it’s not a fancy salon but friendly and efficient, and I was very pleased with my cut. The prices are reasonable for London, too.

removed most of my skin from around my eyebrows; they aren't even or done well. I asked for them to remain bushy and only to tidy up, and half my eyebrows are gone, and I am in so much pain from missing skin.

Vida is an excellent hairdresser who knows her stuff. She knows how to cut hair for men who don't want it too short, mine is curly/ freezy and relatively rebellious but she had no issue taking care of it from the first visit (been there for a few months now) , which wasn't the case of several "hype hairstylists". She knows her craft and will cut your hair exactly as you wish, you can show her a picture to be safe. Added bonus: this is the fastest haircut you will get, 15-20 mn instead of the usual 45 mn you need to spend elsewhere. So if you're after the grooming experience with bells and whistles, this probably isn't the place for you. But if if you're after the essence (excellent hair cut at attractive price), this place is an unbeatable hidden gem.

0* DO NOT bother with this place. Worst customer service. I booked a kids under 3 hair cut a few weeks ago on Treatwell. They open at 10am and I called them at 10:03 then 10:11 - no answer and then at 10:33 as I am making ways with my little boy to this appointment, they answer and I wanted to confirm this appointment and if they accept cash, where I am now 5mins away as my appointment was at 10:45. I arrive and my little boy (under 2yrs) doesn’t like hair cuts (he’s had 4 haircuts previously), like most kids who don’t like hair cuts he is crying. The hairdresser sees him crying and says I won’t cut his hair if he’s crying, I suggested even if he sits on my lap, she said no. Bear in mind I will be charged on Treatwell if I cancel last minute so I told them to cancel on their end, instead they rescheduled and told me I need to cancel it. On top of that, no where on their website or on Treatwell does it say ‘they won’t cut hair on kids that cry’. They showed no empathy as I walked 30mins in the rain with a child to end up going back. I do not recommend this place for even adults.
