How amazing were Joanna and Crystal!!! I arrived 40 minutes late to my appointment due to anti immigration protests but not only did they continue with the appointment but also helped me relax. The consultant was fantastic where they set realistic expectations, explained the process, the limitations and when I showed more interest to take more sessions they're was a gentle push back and definitely no overselling. For a PRP, it was relatively pain free, quick and incredibly professional. They were constantly checking on my well-being while handling all the procedure. I'm pretty happy that I have 3 more sessions booked with them.

I would assign zero stars if that were an option for leaving a comment. During my initial appointment, I was kept waiting for over an hour and a half and the person never arrived. Ultimately, I left the place recognizing that perhaps this outcome was better. I can hardly imagine undergoing subsequent medical procedures with such an absence of respect and responsibility

I recently had a HIFU treatment at Vita Renewal Aesthetics and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The service was excellent from start to finish – the staff were professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place deserves one. I went to Vita Renewal Aesthetics not really knowing what to expect, and I was honestly impressed from start to finish. The clinic is very clean, professional, and has a calm atmosphere which immediately puts you at ease. The staff are knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything properly. I appreciated the honest advice and the attention to detail. You can tell they actually care about getting good results. The treatment itself was done professionally Results were exactly what I was hoping for — natural and not overdone.
