I recently booked a last-minute appointment for my 4-year-old daughter, and I was really impressed with the overall experience. The team was incredibly accommodating and Zeel made us feel welcome right away, despite the short notice. Zeel was excellent from start to finish. My child was given a wash, blow-dry and haircut, and Zeel was so patient and gentle making sure she felt comfortable throughout. It can be tricky with young children, but she handled it brilliantly. As a mum, I also decided to treat myself and had my ears pierced, while my daughter enjoyed getting her nails done. It was such a nice touch that we could both have a bit of pampering during the same visit. Overall, the experience was smooth, friendly, and professional. Zeel went above and beyond to ensure we were both happy, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service, especially for families with young children.

My first time booking at xtrim salon and Im happy to say it was a lovely experience. Zeel was amazing she was so friendly and warm. She accommodated for me and my newborn making it so comfortable. She was amazing with the body scrub and massage she really took her time with it all. I also had my mother booked in and she enjoyed it very much.
