I had such a positive experience from start to finish. The whole environment was incredibly professional, sterile, clean, and medically reassuring. Before any treatment was offered, everything was explained properly and ethically, including the pros, cons, risks, and realistic expectations, which I really appreciated. Nothing felt rushed or pushed at all. During the procedure, Zara explained everything that was happening which helped me feel much more comfortable. I did get a little panicky at one point, but Zara and the team were so calm, patient, and supportive. They really helped settle my nerves and offered different things to make the experience as comfortable as possible. The aftercare has also been amazing, with thoughtful check-ins afterwards that made me feel really looked after. Overall, such a caring, professional experience and I’d absolutely recommend them.

I had such an amazing experience with Zara and her clinic! From the moment I arrived, everything felt so professional, welcoming, and relaxing. I had micro needling done and I’m honestly so happy with the results, My skin looks amazing. Zara was so knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole treatment.
