I went to Zen Oasis Japanese Head Spa & Beauty today try to speak to Clare, and the women in reception was rude asking me to leave, once I said I went there to try and resolve the problem between Clare and my daughter to see how can we fix it, the women in reception went completely rude saying she can’t talk for Claire, and saying that they have cameras and asking me to leave, that was rude she didn’t even let me speak, so I said, “I have nothing to say to that women because I can see how you guys treat customers.” When I went home my family told me the reception women was also involved with Claire and my daughter’s problem yesterday. how can they do this to a young girl? But today she saw me and she said, “I cannot speak or involve in this” ? When she was doing this yesterday to my daughter both of them ?! How could they?? If you don’t want to have this horrible experience make sure you go to a different place where people will treat you with politeness and treat you with respect because they value the customer and you don’t lose your money straight away! In other words she just paid to go there to be treated this horrible way and to be verbally attacked.

I went in today with my mother-in-law because she wanted to negotiate about a problem and the receptionist raised her voice a bit and told us to leave even though my mother-in-law was calm. I felt like that it was not the right way to treat people and felt dismissive.

I had a lovely experience, Clair was amazing. You can tell this business is her baby, she has put so much attention to detail to everything. From the essential oils, the weighted blanket, the lighting, the eye mask, the products she uses, the time she takes to explain everything and leaves your hair so clean and refreshed. It was so relaxing I can’t wait to go back again xx
