I have one important message: keep away! I spent approx. £550 for less than 15 minutes (including blodtest) even though I selected a 30 minutes appointment, and was promised that a follow-up via email as I left London before results form blodtest came through. As my symptoms got worse, I sent the GP from London Doctor Clinic new information and asked her to consider this before replying to me. So what happened? NOTHING, not a word or feedback whatsoever. I sent several requests, and each time I was told that my request would be transferred to the GP I had my initial appointment with. NOTHING!!! So, guys, if you urgently need to see a doctor, my advise is to go somewhere else, as it seems that money is all they care about, patients…don’t care… I’m really disappointed ☹️

While I was at work at London Doctors Clinic, I wasn’t feeling well with flu‑like symptoms and had a consultation with Dr Ali. His assessment was thorough, reassuring, and very efficient. The medication he prescribed worked incredibly quickly and helped me recover in no time. I’m genuinely grateful for his care and expertise. Thank you, Dr Ali.

Quick service. I booked at 12.00 and got a slot at 13.30. Easy to find. Doctor was sympathetic, thorough and gave advice. She also sent a referral letter for an X-ray and recommended where to have that the next day. My only negative is the price. £99 plus a booking fee. I think this is excessive as the X-ray, including detailed report, was £49.

The clinic has a 5 minute policy. if you are more than 5 mins late they send someone else to take up your appointment. I arrived at the same time as another lady, exactly on the 5 minute mark, but because this lady talked for at least 6 minutes with the receptionist, when it came to my turn she said she had given my appointment to someone else because i was late. i told the receptionist i wasn’t late, i was here at the fifth minute, but because i didn’t speak on time apparently someone else could go before me. mind you i was having very intense knee pain, i couldn’t walk properly, i was limping at work. this policy needs to change, and if the receptionist sees a queue of other patients behind the one she’s currently talking to, she should ask them when their appointment is, to allow them to pass through whilst the other customer is speaking to them. Really disappointed and unimpressed.

Very efficient clinic. Registered for an online appointment and was scheduled same day; the video appointment started on time; and the doctor was helpful. Overall I am very happy with the service provided and would use again.

I came to the King’s Cross location for a medical appointment. When I arrived, the doctor was not present and the receptionist told me she stepped out for a glass of water. When she returned, after my appointment ended, she declined to see me. Her receptionist told me there were back to back appointments and she couldn’t get me in to see the doctor until 1:15. I had already paid on line for an appointment. This is the second time a doctor declined to treat me at this clinic after paying, saying the first time they don’t have the ability to help with a minor but urgent issue. Please be aware that this medical clinic is a waste of time (and money). I recommend going to the emergency room of UCL hospital for treatment. Any expectation you might get even the most basic medical help from this clinic is hopeless. The doctor, by the way, did not have back to back appointments, and instead sat in her office eating after she came back from the bakery or kitchen where she was getting a morning bite to eat. I’d heard that NHS is inadequate for UK residents. The Doctors Clinic Group is much worse and not a place anyone would want to go for medical care.
